      • - No hot water was available for handwashing at the time of inspection. The water temperature was recorded at 13.8°C, which does not meet handwashing requirements.*Please ensure that hot water and all required handwashing supplies are available at all times to support proper hygiene and reduce the risk of illness transmission.

      • - The soft Lego toys with leather coverings were damaged at the corners, making them difficult to clean and disinfect properly.*Please ensure all damaged toys are repaired or removed from use to maintain proper sanitation and reduce the risk of contamination.

    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • 1. Disposable CPR mask was unable to be located at time of inspection. Please obtain and have one in the main first aid kit and the outdoor first aid kit2. The zipper on the outdoor first aid kit was unable to be easily opened and the contents of the kit could not be accessed. The kit was able to be cleaned during inspection and zipper was able to be restored to working condition

      • Dirt/debris was observed in some of the toy bins in the craft storage area. Please add this cleaning item to the weekly cleaning schedule
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Open diapering cream was observed to be unlabeled and used. Facility indicated that with parental permission, the cream is used for children who did not have a supply of their own. Discussed being ok to offer this service but once used must be either dedicated to the individual child and labeled as such or discarded. Discarded open container during inspection.

    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • Electrical covers missing in some of the care rooms (Rm 125 missing 3, Rm 126 missing 1). Corrected onsite. Daily monitoring to ensure covers are in-place
    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • Primo bingo dabbers- label indicates not for children use. Remove the product from use, only use craft supplies that are considered safe, non-toxic for children.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • There are no test strips onsite for checking chlorine concentration @1000 ppm. Provide test strips for checking higher level disinfectant preparations.
    • 27. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Non-Critical)?
      • There are no pest control records/monitoring onsite
