- Client's jacket and backpacks stored on the hooks in the facility did not have enough separation between items. Items belonging to different clients from different homes were noted to be touching one another. Violation was corrected during the inspection. Operator created separate storage bins for each client to store back packs creating adequate space between mounted hooks to store client's jacket.**Please ensure each client's personal item stored on site is stored separately from one another.**Ensure bins are labelled with each client's names.
