      • The chlorine solution used in the kitchen was contained in a spray bottle that was previously used for an unknown solution. Bottle was unlabeled.**Ensure that chemicals used are contained in plain bottles and not mixed within other chemical bottles.

      • The bleach solution in the spray bottle used for sanitizing food prep surfaces measured above 1000ppm. Operator mixed a fresh solution at 100ppm.**Ensure that the bleach solution used in the food prep area is maintained at 100ppm. **Mix half teaspoon of bleach to 1 liter of water.**Verify concentration using chlorine test strip.

      • The hand wash sink in the kitchen was obstructed with bowls and chopping board. Staff removed the items from the sink.**Ensure that hand wash sinks are used only for hand washing.**Ensure that the hand wash sink is not obstructed and easily accessible to staff to promote hand hygiene.

The wooden storage shelves beside the stove used to store clean utensils had a build-up of dried-up food particles stuck under the shelf liners.**Please clean to prevent contamination of clean utensils.2.
