      • The flow rate was too high. Flow meter was reading 302Lpm. Flow rate to be kept beween 211 to 232 Lpm; was adjusted to 225Lpm during inspection.

      • Clock is missing. Clock needs to be clearly visible form the whirlpool so patrons can monitor their time in the whirlpool.

      • Flow rate for jet pump 1 could not be determined as the float was stuck in the flow meter. Please repair so accurate flow rate can be determined.
