      • Observation(s): Facility still does not have adequate treatment. Remains on a Boil Water Notice. New operator to work with Drinking Water Officer to work towards getting treatment. There is no food preparation that occurs. Coffee machine uses bottled water.

      • Observation(s): Cases of beer and assorted drinks found stored on the ground. All food / drink must be stored up off the ground at least 6 inches to allow for proper cleaning and maintenance of the facility.

      • Observation(s): At time of inspection, paper towels not being stored in the dispenser. Please ensure single-service hand drying products are stored in dispenser to prevent contamination.
