- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Staff unable to answer questions regarding sanitizing.
- - Staff unable to produce spray bottle with sanitizer.
- Corrective Action(s): - Educated staff on which chemical to use when wiping down counter top and dining tables
- - Asked Owner what the procedures are for cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen.
- >>> Owner stated the kitchen is wiped down with soapy water, then sanitizer, let stand to dry for 5mins, then wipe down again with hot water.
- - Please ensure ALL staff is aware of the difference uses for all the chemicals
- - Next follow up inspection must have proper spray bottles for sanitizer.

- - Due to pest issue, this must be strictly followed.
- - Rodent droppings observed on container lid in dough room, the bottom shelf must not be storing flooring when restaurant is closed. All bags of flour must be moved onto the table top overnight.

- - Operator aware of the problem and has professional pest control company come once every two weeks.
- Corrective Action(s): - Please ensure cleaning and removing of rodent droppings are done as soon as it is spotted.
- - DO NOT allow rodent droppings to accumulate. As you want to be able to monitor where new droppings are occuring.
- Improvment on monitoring/cleaning/pest control must be observed for the follow up inspection.
