      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vinegar is being stored in the spray bottle meant for the sanitizer (bleach) solution.
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not use vinegar to clean the countertops. Use a sanitizer e.g. bleach and water (1 tsp bleach per L of water). Label the sanitizer bottle.

      • Observation: Wine glasses are being stored in the sliding door cooler on top of a towel. Staff mentioned that the glasses aren't used. The towel will get moldy and shouldn't be used to store glasses.
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove the glasses if they're not being used or relocate as discussed.

      • 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)]
      • Observation: None of the staff on-site had Foodsafe Level 1 certification.
      • Corrective Action(s): The manager must have FS level 1 certification and his/her absence, at least one staff member on-site must have FS level 1 certification. Address this issue by Jan. 31, 2018.
      • Violation Score: 1
