- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vinegar is being stored in the spray bottle meant for the sanitizer (bleach) solution.
- Corrective Action(s): Do not use vinegar to clean the countertops. Use a sanitizer e.g. bleach and water (1 tsp bleach per L of water). Label the sanitizer bottle.
