- Manual dishwashing - not properly done, sanitizing cycle was not occurring. Staff need training or information how to do proper manual washing for reusable utensils which is used when sampling occurs.

- There was no thermometer available onsite. Please make sure thermometer is available for measuring the food temperature during the sampling occurs.
