      • The mechanical dishwasher was not operational. Staff were completing all dishwashing manually using the 3-compartment sink on site. Dishwasher repair was in progress at the time of inspection.Ensure that all equipment in facility is well maintained and in good repair. Continue with manual dishwashing in the interim.Update (April 13, 2026): The mechanical dishwasher remains in disrepair. Staff will continue to complete dishwashing manually in the 3-compartment sink. QUAT sanitizer and detergent dispensers were noted to be in good condition. QUAT was measured at 200ppm. Extra bag of QUAT sanitizer available on site.
