     • Observation: Front of store observed to have rodent droppings on the sides where storage shelves and tables are located. Poison bait is currently being used in the store.
     • Corrective Action(s): Remove the droppings, clean and sanitize the area at the beginning of each day before food preparation begins. Do not use poison bait inside the store. Hire a pest control company if the problem cannot be maintained under control.
