     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap or paper towels available at the hand sink in the bakery kitchen.
     • Corrective Action(s): Ensure paper towels and soap are available at the hand sink. Staff are temporarily using one of the three compartment sinks to conduct hand washing until the soap dispenser is installed at the hand washing station. Manager to send picture to health inspector once hand soap dispenser is installed.
     • Violation Score: 5
   • 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
     • Observation: Side door in the bakery kitchen is open without a door screen.
     • Corrective Action(s): Ensure there is a door screen installed to prevent the entry of pests. Manager to send photos once the door screen is installed.
