Written procedures for cleansing skin have been completed for the following services: -manicure -pedicureWritten procedures for accidental skin cuts or punctures was provided to the operator at the time of inspection.Reprocessing sink will not be used for handwashing therefore written procedures for sink decontamination is not required.

      • The pedicure foot basin is a home-style foot bath that has uncleanable surfaces and cannot be used. Remove this home-style foot bath from the facility and obtain a simple basin with surfaces that are easily cleanable.
