- Please remove the build-up, and clean and sanitize the area routinely. Comments Floor surfaces of walk-in were re-surfaced. Cooler temperatures measured at or below 4°C. Freezer temperatures measured at or below -18°C. Temperature monitoring system were in place and equipped with alarms. QUATS sanitizer was available. Three-compartment sink was in place. Pest traps were in place. Pest control company provided weekly service.
