      • Corrective Action(s): Water was turned on at handsink during the inspection. Refill soap dispenser. Ensure that all handwashing stations are fully supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times to allow for proper handwashing.

      • Observation: 1. This is a repeat violation: Food debris was observed in the mop sink.
      • 2. Food debris was observed on the floor near dishwasher. Ants were observed in dishwashing area.

      • 2. Deep clean floors, ensure that food debris is cleaned up immediately to prevent the attraction of pests. Continue monitoring for ant activity, and contact pest control company if issue does not resolve.

      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Cooked chicken (5) and potato wedges were discarded by staff during the inspection.
      • 2. Do not store ptentially hazardous foods at room temperature. Ensure that they are hot held at >=60, or in cooler <=4C.
