    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • -The toy care diorama table had a latch underneath that was detached.Have this repaired or remove the table to ensure that it does not cause injury. -There were some clothes pins in craft bins that where broken. These were removed.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • -Sleeping mats stored above the cabinets were stacked directly on top of one another. There must be separation between mats to prevent contamination (ie - place in individual bags).
