- After washing re-usable dishes (i.e. scoops) were being sprayed with a QUAT sanitizer. Proper manual dishwashing procedure requires dishes to be sanitized by submerging them in a 200ppm QUAT solution for at least 2 minutes. - Ensure proper manual procedures are followed.
