      • Many cracked floor tiles in the main prep area, and back by the ice machine. - Please repair/replace any damaged floor tiles. Ensure the floor is smooth and easily cleanable.

      • Test strips being used were expired; they were replaced onsite. - Please continue to ensure chemical testing equipment is within it's expiry date.
