      • As per the operator, standing cooler in the back area was in defrosting state, with temperature noted between 12.2-15.6C.- As discussed, operator is to monitor temperature closely and transfer food to other coolers.- Operator advised to contact technician if cooler is not able to maintain temperature at or below 4C.

      • There's a hole in the floor by the dishwashing sink-seal up the floor or install a cover. The hole might be a hiding space for pests and/or provide them with a water source.

      • Mouse droppings were found in behind CO2 tanks.-the premises is much cleaner and everyone is paying more attention to cleaning and ensuring there is no standing water -- thank you!

      • Mouse droppings were found in several locations in the facility, including the corners and hard-to-reach surfaces, behind refrigeration units, behind shelving units in the kitchen and in the dry-storage areas, underneath the dishwashing sink, and behind the washing machine.

      • Some areas of the facility were noted as dirty and had an accumulation of grease, dirt, and dust. The inspector informed the operator that all areas of the facility must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. The following areas must be cleaned:- The general floors in the kitchen.- The hard-to-reach surfaces, including behind refrigeration units, behind shelving units in the kitchen and in the dry-storage areas, underneath the dishwashing sink, and behind the washing machine.**PLEASE CLEAN THE AFOREMENTIONED AREAS.
