- Corrective Action #1: Turn off the ice machine. Discard all ice. Clean the ice machine as follows: 1. Soap and warm water 2. Rinse 3. Quats sanitizer or 100 ppm bleach solution 4. Air dry. Do this every 1-2 months to maintain the ice machine.\

- Corrective Action(s): Fruit flies are drawn towards moist surfaces in order to reproduce. In order to reduce the number of fruit flies, the moisture sources must be removed. Suggestions: Bleach the mop heads weekly (destroy any food source, eggs inside). Seal up the used cloth bag with a more secure lid. Conduct a deep clean of this room.
