      • ** - a build up of grease and grime were noted: on the doors, edges of food equipment on the central assembly line area (both sides), all dry storage shelving (footprints were visible), ice machine inside and out, the buspans under the central island

    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Front hand sink paper towel dispenser was out of batteries. CDI: Batteries changed out at the time of inspection. Discussed that the front hand wash station was not very easily accessible due to the POS system. Management indicated the facility will be getting a new coffee brewing system that will take up less counter space - they are just waiting to receive it.
