- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- 1) There was no soap or paper towel dispensers at the handwash sink.-install soap and paper towel dispensers2) The faucet at the handwash sink was very loose and in disrepair. One side of the valve (hot water) was only working too.-replace the faucet at the handwash sink.

- Some canned foods, i.e. canned sardines, were beyond the best before dates.-ensure all the foods offered for sale are within the best before dates.
