      • 1. A dedicated bleach sanitizer was not available in the kitchen, and staff had to retrieve one from another room. Please ensure a designated bleach solution is consistently available for sanitizing kitchen areas.2. The concentration of the bleach solution was 250 ppm. Please ensure the following:- the concentration of bleach solution is 100 ppm. - a test strip is used to verify the concentration of the sanitizer.

      • A food thermometer was not available for checking food temperatures. Please obtain a thermometer for temperature verification.
