      • 1. The hood fan insets were dirty. Please clean thoroughly.2. Dirty Kitchen aid was stored with the clen items. Please remove and ensure dirty and clean items are separated at all times.

      • 1. Two buckets with sanitizer solution measured 0ppm quat.- Corrected during inspection, ensure quat solution measures 200ppm, ensure solutions are changed regularly, test daily.

      • 1. Scoops in multiple dry storage containers, could potentially contaminate food in containers.- Ensure scoops are stored so as not to contaminate the food in dry storage.
