      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): This is a repeated violation
      • Domestic cooler in kitchen was broken at the time of inspection. Temperature log shows the temperature in the morning was at 10C. Operator didnt discard all the potentially hazardous foods but transfered them into the 2 doors cooler downstairs.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard all the protentially hazardous foods foods (sour cream, milk). Other foods that are non-perishable can be kept in the 2 doors cooler.
      • Discuassed with the general manager about the risks of keeping potentially hazardous food above 4C. Always keep cold food at 4C or colder to prevent pathogens growth.

      • Note: Other foods that were non-perishable not discarded. Discussed with staff and manager about keeping minimum PHF foods in the fridge and keeping temp. logs.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine residual in the dishwasher and therefore, dishes are not properly sanitized.
      • Corrective Action(s): Use only single-use plates, cups, cutleries for patrons. All other containers (e.g. pots and pans, ladels, etc.) used for preparing food are to be manually washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried. Re-inspection of the dishwasher required once it is serviced. Approval required to switch back to using ceramic dishes and other re-usable items for patrons.
