      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inside back wall of the small ice machine (located in the large banquet hall ice machine room) had signs of black mold-like build up. Operator stated that the ice machine is not in use, as there are two large ice machines that are primarily used for the facility.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded the ice from the ice machine. Staff washed and sanitized the inside walls of the ice machine. No black mold-like debris was observed on the inside back wall of the ice machine.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed the use of BUSH ORANGE RED color in the main food prep area. Staff stated that currently no dishes that have been prepared are using this dye
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded the BUSH ORANGE RED color at the time of inspection.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops for ice were stored directly on unsanitary ice machine surface.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff had placed the scoops in the high temperature dishwasher to be thoroughly washed and sanitized. Scoops were then stored in a sanitary bucket ontop of the ice machines.
