      • Upright cooler in the kitchen was at 10 deg C.
      • Adjusted setting to 8-9 "colder".
      • Temperature check after 10 mins at 7-8 deg C
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Remove all perishable foods (milk, yogurt, cheese) and store in the upstairs cooler maintaining 2-3 deg C.
      • Only whole fruits and vegetables can be kept in this cooler.
      • Do not store any potentially hazardous foods until this equipment can maintain required temperature of 4 deg c or below.
