The concentration of freshly dispensed quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.- Ensure to change the quats sanitizer solution at adequate intervals and verify the concentration of 200 ppm with test strips. Low concentrations of sanitizing solutions are ineffective in killing microorganisms.

- There is no hot water running from the designated hand sink in the cafe area. The hot water tap is in disrepair. All hand sinks must be in good working order to supply cold and hot running water. Repair the hot water tap. Continue to use the prep sink to perform hand hygiene until it has been repaired.

- Small whisk in the cafe area was stored in water at room temperature (14.4C). Store utensils in the following manner to prevent the growth of bacteria. a) iced water b) bleach solution of 100ppm c) quat solution of 200ppm The operator filled the bucket with iced water at the time of the inspection.
