- Disposable lids for the coffee cups were stored right beside both hand wash sinks in the main area. Dishes, utensils or food equipment should not be stored in proximity to the hand sink as it can get contaminated by the splash and droplets when washing hands. Refrain from storing any dishes, utensils, or food equipment next to the hand sink or install splash guards to protect it from contamination. The operator moved the lids away from both hand sinks at the time of the inspection.
