      • It was reported that gloves are not worn during piercing procedure. Ensure that the gloves are worn during piercing procedures, as required.

      • No records of testing of high-level disinfectant were available, and no testing of disinfectant has been conducted as required.

Obtain appropriate products and update the written procedures. Updated on May 8, 2025:- Written procedure for skin cleansing and products which will be used for skin cleansing was received, but the written procedure for antiseptic use was not received.
