      • Washroom across from red room:The pipes beneath the sink closest to the entrance had an active leak each time the water is runthe back wall was visibly water damaged and mouldyThe base was wet Discontinue use of the sink until repaired. Fix the leak. Remove all the water damaged and mouldy materials under the sink and within the wall which back on to the hallway area. Let the area dry out. Replace with all new materials.

      • GYM - two small ceiling tiles were missing in the gym area.GYM - several patched wall areas were present in the gym. Finishing of these areas required.

      • PRESCHOOL BATHROOM - one toilet paper roll holder was in disrepair in the right stall. Repair or replacement required.
