      • Kimbap was in a camping cooler with an insufficient amount of ice packs. Kimbap measured 16.3 degrees Celsius. The food was discarded. As discussed, ensure that the kimbap is either cooled down to 4 degrees Celsius or less and transported/maintained cold, or transported hot (60 degrees Celsius or higher) and maintained hot.
