      • There were dry ingredients stored directly on the floor. Food must be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to protect it from contamination and to prevent attraction of pests. Store the food at least 6 inches above the floor.

      • The hand sink by the three-compartment sink is missing paper towels with a dispenser. Hand sinks must be adequately supplied with paper towels to properly dry the hands and placed in a dispenser to protect it from contamination. Please place a paper towel in a dispenser at the hand sink.

      • There is a large hole behind the sink in the public bathroom. Construction must be maintained in good repair to prevent the entry of pest or pest harborage. Repair the hole in the wall.
