      • Back side of upstairs and downstairs meat slicers had debris around the blade housing and sharpener housing.-Ensure staff fully dismantle each slicer after use, and have the tools needed to reach the crevices of the device
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Unable to find thermometers in some fridges.-Ensure each fridge has a thermometer to display the ambient temperature
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Bar handwashing sink paper towel roll is situated on the ledge of the sink, exposing it to contamination.-Store the paper towel so that the bulk supply is protected from contamination
