- There was no bleach water solution available. Corrected during the inspection. Operator prepared a new bleach water solution with 100ppm concentration during the inspection.

- *Scoops for candies were left on the counter. Corrected during the inspection, operator grabbed clean scoops and put them in a clean container. Please make sure scoop are stored in a clean container to prevent contamination of the food. *Personal phone was left on the cutting board. Corrected during the inspection. Operator cleaned and sanitized the surface and put the phone in a sperate area which is space for personal belongings.
