- *Operator removed the carpet in the basement hallway, office room and on stairs.*Flooring in the basement hallway, office and stairs was not in good repair. Baseboards were missing, and strange odor was also noticed while going down to the basement. Please make sure floor is properly cleaned and sanitized before applying any flooring surface on the top surface. Floor must be durable, waterproof and easily cleanable.* Enamel at the hand washing basin at couple of spots was peeling. Please resurface/refinish the basin.
