      • Corrective Action(s): Please adjust and/or repair drawer cooler to maintain 4C / 40F or colder. Digital temperature gauge on outside front of cooler is not accurate (it is showing 38F, but the air temperature inside and also the thermometer inside is showing 48F). At time of inspection a very minimal amount of food was store in this cooler - please do not fully stock this cooler unless it can maintain food at 4C / 40F

      • Corrective Action(s): Please repair lid as soon as possible and continue to monitor food temperatures (at time of inspection food temperature measured 6-7C). After lid is repaired ensure that food and air temperature is 4C or colder

      • Corrective Action(s): Stop the use of this glass washer. Use the dishwasher in the back prep. area until EcoLab fixes/adjusts the glass washer as it is not capable of running a sanitizing cycle. EcoLab was called by manager and are on their way.
