      • The diapering table in the girls washroom is starting to chip and peel in various places.Please ensure all surfaces are smooth, easy to clean, and moisture resistant. Refinish the diapering table or replace the table.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • There was a wooden spoon toy in the toy bin that was starting to chip and splinter.Please remove damaged toy as all toys must be in good condition and easy to clean. The operator discarded the toy immediately at the time of inspection.

      • Some electrical outlets were not covered.-Please provide suitable covers for the indicated outlets or ensure the outlets are tamper-proof to prevent electrical hazard.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • 1. The diapering mat was located approximately 3-5 metres away from handwashing sink or washroom.-Please relocate the diapering mat and station to the space adjacent to the washrooms to facilitate proper handwashing procedures.2. There no available paper towels available for cleaning and sanitizing diapering mat.-Please ensure paper towels are readily available towels at the diapering station to facilitate proper cleaning and sanitizing. This infraction was corrected during inspection.3. Layer of dirt was observed under the diapering mat at the time of the inspection.-Please clean and sanitize the indicated area after each diapering process. This infraction was corrected during inspection.

      • First aid kit missing the required tweezers.-Please restock the kits with indicated equipment.

      • Fruit flies were observed around a bagged garbage near the diapering station.Please proper dispose of waste and eradicate fruit flies from the facility to maintain sanitary condition.

      • 1. A hole was observed beside the light switch in the girls' washroom.-Please repair to prevent injury or hazard.2. Dirty toy containers were observed.-Please clean and sanitize the containers to maintain sanitary condition.

      • Some children water bottles were observed with faded name tags/labels, and one bottle was without name printed on it.-Please ensure children bottles are clearly labeled with their names.

      • The ventilation fans in the washrooms were covered with layer of dust.-Please clean and maintain these ventilation fans in clean state at all times.

      • The antiseptic wipes in the First Aid kit had expired since 2022.-Please restock the First Aid kit with new/effective antiseptic wipes.
