      • 1. Children food containers were observed left at room temperature for about 3-4 hours.-Please do not leave food out in the danger zone. Food must be kept below or at 4 deg. C or above 60 deg. C to prevent growth of dangerous microorganisms and food infection.The children food containers were immediately placed in the refrigerator and the operator was informed to ensure children's foods were kept below 4 deg. C or above 60 deg. C until consumed.2. The facility refrigerator was measured at 10 degrees Celsius at the time of the inspection.-Please fix and maintained the refrigerator's temperature below 4 deg. C to ensure food are stored at proper temperature.

      • A big hole was observed under the kitchen sink.-Please cover the indicated hole to prevent pest entry.
