      • 1) Change pad torn in the infant room.2) Change pad torn in the toddler roomCorrective action: Please replace the change pad so that the surface is smooth, cleanable, impervious to moisture and in good repair.3) Blue spiral toy - a screw was missing on the bottom of the toy.Corrective action: Repair or remove the item.

      • The water temperature throughout the infant, toddler and preschool rooms was measured to be approx. 60C Corrective action: ensure water temperature is below 54C. Below 49C is recommended. A mixing valve on each child accessible faucet is recommended.

      • Toddler bathroom - no toilet paper was available. Replaced during inspection.

      • The sliding windowpane in the infant room was not able to properly close providing inadequate weatherproofing.Corrective action: Repair to ensure proper weatherproofing.
