    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • An adequate supply of soap was not provided in the girls’ washroom and handwashing taps were not functioning in both, girls' & boys' washrooms. Handwashing facilities must be properly maintained and supplied with soap to ensure effective hygiene practices. The absence of soap and non-functional taps prevents proper handwashing, increasing the risk of contamination and the spread of communicable diseases among patrons.- Install a suitable soap dispenser in the girls’ washroom and ensure it is maintained with an adequate supply of liquid soap. Repair the handwashing taps in both washrooms so patrons can wash their hands properly-Operator reported the soap dispensers and taps are to be fixed before opening
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Water quality incident response plan for fecal contamination management mentions using lithium hypochlorite (no longer used), and the concentration time for treatment does not use the correct values for basins with cyanuric acid.-Update WQIRP
