      • Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle was way too strong. - Chlorine sanitizers must be used at a food concentration of 100-200 ppm. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of regular unscented bleach per liter of water. Verify concentration using chlorine test strips.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel dispenser at hand sink by the dishwasher was empty at the time of inspection. - Please ensure all handwashing sinks are supplied with soap and paper towels at all times. Do not use re-usable hand towels.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Ice cream scoops kept in jars at room temperature.
