- There was a gap on the bottom right side of the south facing door. All entry points must be tightly fitted to prevent the entry of pests. Seal the gap by replacing the weatherstripping or install a door sweep and ensure no light is visible.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- There was dust accumulation underneath the sandwich cooler in the front area. The facility must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. Thoroughly clean the indicated area.
