- The owner of the personal service business did not submit a notification about the business to the Alberta Health Services. Submit the notification to AHS.
- 10. Is cleansing and antisepsis of skin and mucous membrane performed in accordance to written procedures and are suitable products being used?
- No product was available for skin cleansing prior to waxing.

- Some razor blade holders could not be fully opened for cleaning and disinfection. Please ensure that the razor blade handles can be fully opened for cleaning and disinfection.

- Solution used for disinfection of surfaces was did not have an original container. Obtain an appropriate disinfectant.

- Barbicide containers had some hair and debris. Please ensure that Barbicide solution is changed daily, and that combs are fully immersed for disinfection.

- Hair was observed on workstations. Please ensure that workstations are maintained in clean and sanitary condition.
