- Personal items stored with food/customer items were observed throughout the facility. Every time the issue was identified the owner or operator quickly moved the personal items away from the customer items.Please ensure that there is a separation of personal items and customer items at all times.

- During the inspection two inserts in the steam table did not have a surrounding water bath, the temperature of the hot holding food was found to be below the hot holding temperature of 60C. The owner reheated the food items to above 74C. Please ensure that all hot holding temperatures are maintained at 60C of above at all times.

- During the inspection a visibly soiled food equipment was found in the clean tool storage. The operator removed the tool and added it to the dirty dishes. Please ensure that washed equipment undergoes a visual inspection prior to storage.
