- Food handler's personal items were observed stored close to food items. Operator was instructed to designate an area for staff items to be stored. Please ensure that all non-food items are stored separately from food to prevent contamination of food items.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The hand sink was not easily accessible as there were cartons blocking it. Operator removed the cartons. Please ensure hand sinks are accessible to facilitate handwashing.
