    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The cook indicated that the surfaces get disinfected with water. There was a spray bottle labelled glass/surface cleaner(blue) but cook was unsure as to what it was. The supply room did have a few products that need to be verified. The R2 product (green) dispenser in there didn't indicate it was food grade. The blue solution dispenser labelled glass/surface in the kitchen was not food grade. Prepare a chlorine bleach solution with supplied instructions until such time you can confirm with your supplier which product to use in the kitchen. Lable the spray bottle.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The dedicated hand sink was filled with storage/ not in use because the plumbing was in disrepair. Staff indicated they use the one dish sink( of the two comp sinks) which also had vegetables in it at time of inspection. The dedicated hand sink must be repaired so it is operational and stocked with hand wash supplies.
