- Gap between floor and door observed; potential for pest entry. Please have weather stripping fixed or added to prevent pest entry.

- Corrugated cardboard sheets are used on top of multiple tabletops. All tabletops must be smooth, moisture resistant and easy to clean sanitize. Corrugated boards could attract pest, not easy to clean and sanitize. Please discontinue use of such items on tabletops for safe and sanitary operation for the facility.

- Thick layer of accumulated food debris observed on the floor of walk-in freezer. Please clean the indicated area to ensure food safety.

- Boxes of food items were observed to be stored on the floor. All food items must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination. Ensure food items when stored in walk-in-cooler are properly covered to prevent cross contamination.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- Frozen Meat is being thawed at room temperature. Food items must not be thawed at room temperature to prevent bacterial growth. Proper methods for thawing include 1/ refrigeration 2/ in cool running water 3/ microwave (to be cooked immediately after). Items were placed in the cooler at this time.

- -No single use towel at the kitchen handwashing station. A staff was washing utensils in the designated hand sink.Please ensure that all hand washing stations are supplied to encourage hand hygiene and is for designated handwashing only. No stock of single use paper towel in the facility. Ensure that the facility has sufficient stock of consumable items example paper towel, liquid soap etc..

Ensure the floor is cleaned and sanitized for safe and sanitary operation of the facility.-Fluff of dust observed on the ceiling of the kitchen main line. The fluff of dust may gain weight and fall on to food. Please clean the indicated area.

- The cooler in the front with food (juice, lemon etc..) is not keeping up the temperature at or below 4C. The operator move these items to working cooler and will call for service.
