- Toddler Room: Teachers’ water bottles were stored on top of a dry mat alongside children’s washed toys.Infant Room: A staff member’s personal blanket was stored together with children’s bedding bags.Infant Room: Children’s water bottles were not stored properly. Several bottles were tipping over, causing the straws to touch the bottom of other bottles.Please ensure all personal items are stored separately from children’s materials. Please store children’s water bottles in a sanitary manner, ensuring they are closed when not in use.

- Infant room diapering procedure: Improper wiping technique during the diaper changing process (back to front) was observed, the correct procedure was explained. Also discussed with the owner the need to arrange a meeting to provide proper training for all staff.

- The food organics bin was observed stored on top of the diapering station handwashing sinks in both the infant and toddler rooms, posing a risk of cross-contamination.

- Used, soiled cloths were observed stored on top of the diapering station handwashing sinks in both the infant and toddler rooms, blocking access to the sinks.

- 1) Clean cloths were stored on top of the organics bin without a container to prevent them from contamination.Please ensure that clean cloths are stored in a clearly labeled and distinguishable bin and stored away from contamination.2) The dirty laundry bin was not being used at the time of the inspection. Soiled cloths were stored on top of the diapering handwash sink.
