- Used nail files were discarded at the time of inspection. Re-iterated the requirement to discard single-use items after each use. The following tools are considered to be single-use: foam/cardboard nail files, emery files, pumice stones, wooden handled foot files, buffing blocks, toe separators, cardboard covers for nail drill bits etc.

- Operator agreed to ensure decanted cosmetic products were labelled with its contents. The original/bulk supply must be kept on-site to verify labelling requirements.Operator agreed no longer to top-up decanted cosmetic products.
