      • Water temperatures throughout the program were too hot, monitored to be approx. 56C. Recommended maximum hot water temperature is 49C.> Outstanding water temperature still measured at approx. 63C Feb 14 2025> Outstanding May 08 2026. Water temperatures measured approx. 52-59C.> Preschool room, Kinder room, Babyroom still too hot. June 16 2026A mixing valve is recommended on all faucets that are accessible to the children. Recommended temperature is 49C or less.

      • The preschool bathroom door had a lock on the inside. The door handle also had a keyed lock. Please remove and replace with a passive lock so the space is accessible from the outside if needed.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • A green/grey camping chair was observed in the preschool / kinder room. The fabric was not able to be removed for cleaning. Please remove from use.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • A large stuffed panda was observed in the preschool room. Please remove from use as this item cannot be adequately cleaned.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Water temperatures throughout the program were too hot, monitored to be approx. 56C. Recommended maximum hot water temperature is 49C.> Outstanding water temperature still measured at approx. 63C Feb 14 2025> Outstanding May 08 2026. Water temperatures measured approx. 52-59C.A mixing valve is recommended on all faucets that are accessible to the children. Recommended temperature is 49C or less.

      • 1) Reusable hand drying towels were observed for each individual child and laundered at the end of the day. Please provide reusable hand towels which are single use only then laundered.2) Hand sanitizer was expired throughout the program. Please ensure hand sanitizer products are not expired.

      • The shelf liner (brown and gray) was peeling on the shelf in the Toddler room. Please ensure the surface of the shelf is smooth and cleanable.

      • Change pads in the infant and toddler rooms were cracking and unable to be easily cleaned. Replacement required.

      • Paper towel was not observed in the main bathroom.

      • A cleaning checklist was not available for the basement area. Please ensure a cleaning checklist is developed and maintained. Toys and equipment as well as laundry (including fabric on baby equipment) should be cleaned frequently.
